Landscaping - Keeping Summer Pines Beautiful

You'll notice lots of activity outside your door in the next few weeks! Starting today, Settlement Hill will be removing dead shrubs and preparing for replacement shrub planting. Homeowners receiving new shrubs should have received a letter from Kingwood Management. Planting will begin mid to late next week.

Once planting is complete, landscape rock will be installed throughout Summer Pines, where necessary.
