Winter has arrived and the flakes will fly!
A friendly snow plow reminder…
Following snowfalls of 1.5 inches or more, all cars must be moved from the driveways, streets and parking spaces to allow for snow plowing services. Owner/residents will be responsible for removal underneath and around their parked cars, if left. When a snowfall is less than 1.5 inches, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove ice and snow from their driveways and sidewalks.
HOLIDAY DECORATIONS are lovely. Please be sure to remove them from your steps during a snow event so shoveling can occur. It will be the homeowner’s responsibility to clear snow from steps if Settlement Hill cannot shovel around decorations/arrangements.
