Landscaping - Shrub Replacement

The Summer Pines shrub replacement project is now complete. Settlement Hill will water the new plants until they are established. Once the shrubs take hold (approximately mid-August), it will become the homeowner's responsibility to water shrubs. Keeping our neighborhood looking good is a priority and the Association will continue to evaluate and plan for future improvements.
